- For children from birth to 3 years old.
- RCEB says to call the Early Start Intake line at (510) 618-6195, email earlystartreferrals@rceb.org, fax an inquiry to (510) 678-4156, or complete the general inquiry form online.
- An Intake Coordinator then schedules an interview, and RCEB says the assessment process is completed within 45 days of the first referral.
